Happening so fast

I can't believe that it is almost JANUARY! This past semester has been great and I have made such great friends! The beginning of the semester I was out doing something everyday and it was so much fun! I am ready for a new semester and to be done with school soon after for a while! Snow has been great and I have loved being there. So here's to my last semester at Snow College!! Hopefully it will be as great as the past one:)

My sister Julie had her third baby on Dec 1! Her and Kevin didn't want to find out the gender and it killed me so I can't imagine how hard it was for them! I really wanted it to be a girl but thought it would be a boy... and guess what!?!? she's a GIRL!!! I was only able to see her a couple times at the hospital before I had to go back to school. Sometimes living far away from my family is harder than I wish it would be. I wish that being away from home and missing out on all the fun things that are going on there would be easier, and those dang babies that are there make it that much worse.(I know that most of them aren't babies anymore but I like to pretend)Vivi is so stinkin cute! I swear that every picture Julie sends me looks different. I can't wait to get home so I can cuddle her:)

Who knew I would love this place so much

Yes it's true, I'm back at Snow... I am going to have my associates by the end of the semester and then I'll be staying just to get some more credits until I transfer somewhere else for next year. Choosing to come back to Snow wasn't easy but I know that it was the right decision. I LOVE it here, the only bad part is that like half of the boys here are 18;) I am way lucky that again I have great roommates and friends. I can't believe that this semester is already almost HALF over. I have no idea where the time has gone. When I decided on coming back to Snow it was only going to be for fall semester but now I can't imagine leaving in December. I have stayed way busy, I am way behind in school but I'm having the time of my life. There are times when I feel like I want to move past this point in my life and just "begin" my actual life but I am reminded often that this is the only time in my life where I can just have fun everyday and hang out with my friends and never sleep. I don't know when there will be another time in my life where I get to live with my best friends doing who knows what all day and night. Something new is happening every day and I am absolutely loving it.I never knew that I could live in such a small town for so long and love it! 

My Summer:)

This summer I worked as a nanny for a family with three boys, it was hard but so fun! I was able to go on a few vacations with my family and spend some time with them, which I loved! My best friend Lexika Shelton got married and I was lucky enough to be apart of their special day. Summer was great and I am missing it!

This is my beautiful niece! She just turned 7 and is in 1st grade, it's crazy how old all my nieces and nephews are getting! Emma has such an amazing spirit, especially for a child. She is the best big sister and is always helping her brother and sister out. 

There is a HUGE spot in my heart that has been taken over by my nieces and nephews and I am so grateful that I have been able to have older siblings who have brought these amazing people into my life, I couldn't imagine my life without them. Emma has to have surgery on her heart on September 22. I don't know how to express or explain how I feel about this. I wish more than anything that I could be the one going through all of this and not my little niece. Sometimes life doesn't seem fair to me and I don't understand it. It's hard for me to put my trust in the Lord and just know that everything WILL be okay, it's something that I need to get better at. I can't wait until I get to see Emma after her surgery is done and just get to hug her knowing that she won't be having pain or anything else that has come from this.

Can't believe it's been TWO years

It's crazy to me how much my life has changed in the last two years. I feel like high school was just yesterday but at the same time when I think back to getting up at 6 just to be to school at 6:50 to get the parking spot I wanted next to my friends and then pretty much leaving after my first class was forever ago! I would never trade anything for what I had in high school. I was always having fun with my friends and just enjoying life. I had THE best friends ever and we were always doing something great!

Our friend Jake has left on his mission and come home! I don't know how these last two years have flown by so fast! Jake went to Seattle and now he is home:) I missed him lots and I am excited to be able to hang out with him again!

{one} what was your first job?

Dollar Cuts.. I was the "receptionist". Such a boring job!

{two} have you ever seen a stand up comedian?

  I have not. But I have watched comedy sports. It almost counts!!

{three} when was the last time you played mini golf? 

Wow. I really can't remember. I think it was one of my friends parties in middle school.

{four} what was the last picture you took?

I think it is the picture of Lexika, Kiera, and I at our relief society event when we made our dolls.

 {five} burnt food: yes or no?

No way!!!!! My toast has a golden look to it. Not like my mom at all.

{six} if you have a pocket full of change, what do you do with it?  

 It goes into my money jar! I'm saving up for something amazing!

 I can't:( I try.

 No... That's what I hope that this blog will be someday

 I haven't. One day I will and I will win:)

Depends. Usually in front just because I never have my camera with me.
